EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

EXCHANGE

Exchange has a validity of 30 calendar days after the purchase is made. It means purchases need to be done within that period for applying for an exchange. Merchandise needs to be in the same condition you receive it. Clean, not stained and unworn. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to us, regardless of our multiple available destinations. Gostoso D Mais will check with the customer availability of desired products before processing any exchange, in order to allow the customer to proceed with the shipping. Once we receive a product for exchange we will inspect it and then proceed accordingly. Customers are allowed to do an exchange on the same price category as well as any upper or lower price range. Regardless of model, types, sizes and or colors.

Starting an exchange process, customers must get in contact through our service channels, provide contact details, such as email address, full name, order number, purchase date and shipping date. – We will brief customers about how exchanges work with us. Then we will check inventory availability at our multiple locations. Once it is confirmed, we will proceed doing all paperwork at our side in order to get ready when merchandise arrives. We will inspect it, no stain, clean and unworn. – After all processes are completed, we add products back to our inventory, available to be sold.

RETURNS

We do admit your willingness to change your mind after a purchase is made, sometimes. Thus, we will give you fifteen days after receiving merchandise for a product return. We will be more than grateful if you get in contact with us, providing your contact details such as: Full name of the person who made the purchase, order number, email address, date of the purchase and date of the shipping. Merchandise needs to be clean, not stained, unworn. Customers will assume shipping costs back to us. Once, Gostoso D Mais, confirms reception and inspections of merchandise, we will proceed with the refund order accordingly up to seventy two hours after reception in order to process it in our system. Time of having that refund money back into your account will vary depending on your method of payment utilized at the time you made the purchase.

If merchandise return is due to Gostoso D Mais mistake, new shipping will be on us. Besides, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

REFUNDS

It is applicable for damaged or mistaken shipped products such as: wrong size, wrong color, type or undesired Gostoso model requested. For these cases, it is not needed to send it back to us. We will give it to you as a courtesy for the inconvenience of wrong delivery. In addition, we will give customer options of having money back or making new shipping with the requested product on us (Gostoso D Mais).
